Our Studio Policies and Procedures

 

  • All new clients must sign and complete a New Client Intake Form + COVID-19 Liability Waiver.   This is available on our FitDegree App when scheduling your first class.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment or the session will be charged.

  • The Studio reserves the right to assign a substitute teacher.

  • No open Studio policy– Please do not use any machines or props while unattended by an instructor.

  • Appropriate attire must be worn. 

  • Clean gripper socks are mandatory to use equipment (socks available for purchase in the studio).

  • Please notify us of any changes in your health or new medical conditions.

 

Studio Policies — Due to COVID-19

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for your scheduled session.

  • Wait in the outside waiting area until asked to enter the Studio.  Your instructor will invite you inside.

  • CLIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK/FACE COVERING WHILE IN THE STUDIO.  Please wear your mask. We want to ensure the health of all other clients and our instructors.  

  • INSTRUCTORS WILL WEAR MASKS/FACE COVERINGS AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE STUDIO.

  • Your instructor will clean all surfaces and props used during your session to make sure that everything is adequately disinfected for the next client.
